Nairin Flores

Violin, Piano

Nairin Flores began playing the violin at the age of 7 through the Young Strings Scholarship Program of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. From an early age, she displayed a deep passion for music and a strong commitment to mastering the violin. Her dedication led to years of training and performances, shaping her into both a skilled musician and a devoted educator.

As an instructor, Nairin believes in creating an engaging, supportive, and inspiring learning environment for students of all backgrounds. Her teaching philosophy focuses on creativity, discipline, and perseverance, ensuring that each student not only develops strong technical skills but also gains a genuine appreciation for music. She is committed to making violin education accessible, just as her own teachers did for her, and strives to instill confidence in her students—whether they pursue music professionally or as a lifelong passion.

Throughout her musical journey, Nairin has performed at prestigious venues such as the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center as part of the Young Strings Program. She was a first violinist in her school’s varsity orchestra for three years, performing in UIL competitions, concerts, and solo recitals. She has also played at private events, including her first wedding gig at the age of 15, an experience that solidified her dream of a career in music.

Inspired by world-renowned violinists such as Hilary Hahn, as well as her pianist father, Nairin continues to refine her skills as both a musician and educator. Her ultimate goal is to join a professional orchestra in New York that records for an organization she is passionate about. Until then, she remains dedicated to sharing her love of the violin, guiding students in their musical journeys, and helping them reach their full potential.
